In this section we'll quickly look at just a few guidelines I'd like everyone to respect:

While posting and interacting with the community here, you agree not to post or comment any thread with racism, negative or hurtful comments toward another member, or anything obscene or related to pornography. There will be no harassment of other users. If you want to argue or flame eachother, take it to the pm (personal message.) system, do not flame on the forums.

Racism, pornography and flaming will not be tolerated here at RAF, and will lead to a deletion of your account. (However, I must state that Doujin and Hentai works do not count as pornography here, but they must only be kept in the 18+ section of the forum, and are not to be posted in other categories of the forum.)

As far as language goes, I ask that you please replace words like pen*s with "dolphin" or another word, br**sts with "eyes" if you must speak of these things. Words like F*ck and Sh*t should be replaced with poo or something of the sort. If you didn't know, words like these effect page-ranking, and search engines will practically make you non-existent if your website contains such words. If it doesn't hurt you, try to be somewhat respectable on the site, and if you absolutely have to use words like those, replace them. Be creative.

When posting on a thread or making a new one, please type more than 2 words. Posters who continually comment with "that's cool" or "nice" will be banned, as this causes problems in the long run when the forums need to be trimmed, and threads become too long from members posting small comments in their posts. Please make it a sentence of more than 2 words.

Do not post pictures that are over 750 width, it will stretch the forum page and everything will go walkies following it. If you are unsure how to resize images, you can download Irfan View here for free: http://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm Irfan View is a very simple program that will help you resize your images. If you leave a page stretched for over a day because you posted a large image over 750 width, then the thread will be locked or deleted.

Please make sure that you read any guidelines that exist for the individual forums, these will be made a sticky post at the top of each forum category.

It is preferred to stay as close to the idea of the category when making a new thread, and is also preferred to stay as close to the subject of the thread when posting a comment.

RAF has a member's run around's section. This is a special forum for members to post articles or posts from their blogs. Please do not post entire articles, 1 to 4 pictures is good, with 1+ sentences, and a link to the article from your site.Do not spam this section, or any section of RAF for that matter- spammers will be annihilated. If you do not have a site and you'd like to contribute to the section with your Run Arounds (news) then you can post an entire article there without linking to any of your sites. However, it's much more preferred for members who have blogs or websites etc..., to post there, and benefit from the traffic that comes from sharing their link.

Also, do not at any time, anywhere on the forum, upload copyrighted works such as albums, songs, OST's, movies, episodes, etc...RAF will not support the piracy of illegal downloading.

If we can abide by these guidelines, and decent levels of respect and morality, then I'm sure we can have an enjoyable experience here.

Keep an eye out for any changes in the rules and regulations sections, as they may be added to over time.
